Hotels Included

This year, GDF is bigger. We have reserved 3 adjacent hotels in Baga.

Hotel A (Main Venue): All events and activities will happen here

Hotel B and Hotel C (Adjacent Hotels): For additional stay capacity

🍽️ Important: All meals for every guest will be served at Hotel A, including guests staying at Hotel B or Hotel C.

This is an all inclusive package.

Travel to and from Goa

Any personal expenses (laundry, minibar, room service, etc.)

Occupancy Options

You can book on single, double, or triple occupancy.

Single Occupancy:

Private room for one guest

Double Occupancy:

Can be booked by:

A solo guest (you will be paired with another guest), or

Two guests booking together

Triple Occupancy:

Only available when three guests book together

(Solo guests or two guests cannot book this option)

Note: Solo guests opting for double occupancy will be paired with another guest by us.

Pricing

Starting prices:

Single occupancy starting from ₹30,000

Double occupancy starting from ₹21,000 per person

Triple occupancy starting from ₹16,000 per person

How to Reserve Your Room

To reserve a room, pay a token amount of ₹2,000.

Once token is paid, your room is blocked for you and the remaining balance can be paid in 3 parts.

Payment Schedule

30% by 15 June 2026

30% by 15 July 2026

40% by 15 August 2026

(You are welcome to pay earlier as well.)

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Full refund until 30 August 2026

No refund after 30 August 2026

Booking Transfer

You can transfer your booking to a friend or someone on the waitlist anytime until 10 November 2026. (Transfers are subject to basic verification and sharing required details for check in.)
